Description
8/7/25 - This is an original US Army M1912 uniform from the WW1 era that was issued by the Philadelphia Depot Quartermaster Corps. The jacket of the uniform is in excellent shape. All buttons are present, though they do show wear. There are small holes on the outside of the jacket in a few place,s such as near the right breast pocket and the back. The jacket has a First Army patch on its right sleeve with a corporal's insignia on the left wrist. The collar tabs on the jacket indicate First Regiment Company G. There is a name on the inside of the jacket under the backside of the collar. There is a tag with the manufacturer's information on the inside of the jacket liner. The jacket liner is also in good shape on showing small areas of staining for all of its age. The stitching is intact on the jacket, minus one button in which the stitching is fraying a bit. The pants are in excellent condition without any obvious holes or stitching problems. There are two leather leggings pieces attached to the pants. The leather is in good condition but is stiff from age. The name "P.J. Abraham" and a number are written on the left leg. There is mold present on the inside of both leggings. The pants do not have any tags to note.
