1/30/26- For sale is a pair of Japanese WW2 binoculars. The binoculars have some wear, especially on the painted metal pieces that have some noticeable loss of paint on the edges. The textured grip surface is intact with no missing chunks. The top of the lenses is marked with Japanese characters, the map of Japan, and a serial number on one side and "7x50mm 7.1" on the other side, indicating magnification level and angle of view. The optics are adjustable and perfectly clear, with no obvious imperfections in the lenses. One side of the body is painted with the serial in Japanese characters and the other side is painted with what Google says is "Sansan Aviation", possibly a mistranslation of indication of air service. The carrying strap and canvas lens covers are intact and functional. The original canvas case is also worn but intact and functional. Overall in excellent condition.
