6/9/25 - This is a US Gas Mask Model MIXA1 with a canvas carrying case from WW2. The mask itself is constructed of green rubber with shielded eye holes and a diaphragm (now missing), elastic fixing straps, flexible hose, and steel-encased air cleaning element. All are contained within a green canvas pouch marked "US ARMY DIAPHRAGM GAS MASK" with carrying straps. Overall excellent condition.
