Description

1/29/26- For sale is a WW2 era M1 combat helmet. The helmet was made by Schlueter and has a front seam on the rim, indicating it was made between the start of Schlueter production in January 1943 and the change of the rim seam in May 1944. The exterior of the helmet is nice, with minimal wear and no spots of notable paint loss. The helmet interior is slightly more worn and scratched but there are no dents or deep scrapes. The seam of the rim is in the front of the helmet and there is the Schlueter S stamp. The helmet liner is a post-war pattern, likely from the 1950s, and has a decal indicating a Staff Sergeant rank. The liner webbing is intact and functional. Overall in very good condition.
