Description

2/28/24 - This is a very nice all original Colt US single action artillery model. The action is tight as a drum and works perfectly on all 4 clicks. The frame is "US" property marked with various mixed military numbers. Overall, it is in very nice condition for its age. There is light spotty wear and patina on the barrel and noticeable finish loss on the frame. Most of the original bluing is intact on the cylinder. Fitted with "RAC" marked grips with a military cartouche on the right side - dated 1903. There are small chips in the bottom corners of the grips, and the bottom edges are dinged. Also, the butt of the frame has a series of dings. The majority of the bore is shiny with very strong rifling, but there are a few small spots of minor oxidation.
