SOLD - RARE WW1 USMC M1912 Holster

1/26/23 - This is a rare USMC stamped US M1912 holster for a 1911 Colt pistol. These are fairly scarce, early / pre WW1 production holsters. This example is in great overall condition with a distinct U.S.M.C. stamp on the front leather. The leather has surface wrinkling and some surface cracking around this area of front / lid leather. There's mild scuffing around the edges of the leather as well. The leather has normal pliability and considering its age, is in great overall condition. The stitching is all original and intact, and the original brass fixtures are all intact as well. No lanyard attached or included (as shown). The interior leather shows aging and mild wear, as well as a name lightly scratched into the leather.
