2/3/25 - This is a very good example of a WW2 German medal bar. These were worn in a similar fashion to the American ribbon bars. This bar consists of an Iron Cross 2nd Class, as well as an Eastern Front medal. These medals indicate that this soldier served on the eastern front and was decorated with the Iron Cross 2nd Class for bravery in battle. The medals are in very good overall condition. The iron cross does have some darkening patina on the edges of the medal.
