11/21/24 - This is an excellent condition 1939 Kern Klager Police style 7.65mm holster. The leather on this holster is in excellent condition and remains soft. The stitching is still strong and intact. This holster was designed for 7.65mm pistols such as the Sauer Behorden. The holster is maker stamped, "KernKlager Berlin" as well as date stamped "1939". There is a really faint eagle stamp still present as well, that is hard to see, but still there. This holster has the correct brass closure knob as well for an early holster.
