2/10/23 - This is an original WW2 Japanese Type 10 Flare Pistol in 35mm. There were roughly 8,300 of these produced by Japan during WW2, making this the 2nd most common of the Japanese Flare pistols. This example is in great condition with all original parts and finish. The finish rates at 96+% with some mild thinning and finish loss around the exterior of the barrel. There's also mild patina on the frame mixed within the blued finish. The frame screw shows some minor tampering as well. The original wood grips are in excellent condition. The bore has some mild surface patina along the unrifled interior, but is still in very good overall condition. Mechanically sound with smooth function and operation.
