SOLD - Scarce Aerial US M3 Fighting Knife

2/19/25 - This is a good example of a US M3 Aerial fighting knife with an original M6 leather scabbard. The blade is maker stamped by Aerial / Marinette, Wis. The blade is in good condition overall, but does show signs of sharpening. Along with the sharpening, the tip of the blade has a small chip, and on the reverse the name "Nolan" has been scratched into the blade. Despite these flaws, this knife is still a scarce example as Aerial only made 51,784 knives during WW2. Has a nice dark brown leather handle that is still tight and intact. Ordnance stamped on the pommel, though this stamp is light. Comes with a leather M6 scabbard by Viner Bros.. There's some light cracking in the leather but overall in good shape and completely intact.
