3/26/24 - This is a nice example of a Colt Single Action Army from 1897. Chambered in .45 Colt with a 4.75 inch barrel. It is all matching and fitted with period-correct hard rubber grips. It has lost nearly all of its original finish with spotty patina and oxidation here and there. For its age, the bore has great rifling with just very minor pin-pricking throughout. Fully functional with a smooth action.
