3/10/23 - This is an original US Navy Mark 1 fighting knife by Camillus. These were used as a Utility knife and combat knife throughout WW2 by the Navy. This example features a black plastic pommel and comes with an original scabbard. The pommel has a slight wiggle on the handle, which is tightly wrapped leather that shows some mild aging. The blade has mild surface patina throughout, and some light scratches from use near the edge. No major issues nor any signs of re-sharpening. The scabbard is in great overall condition with a canvas frog.
