SOLD - German Fire Police NCO Bayonet

3/17/23 - This is an original WW2 production Fire Police (Feuerschutzpolizei) bayonet. These were "commemorative" or dress / parade bayonets carried by NCO's. This example is in excellent condition with a clean, shiny blade that's maker stamped by A. Ziegler. There are some light surface scratches and scuffs on the blade but no major issues. No signs of sharpening. The felt stopper is still intact. The crossguard and pommel / hilt area has some mild edge rub wear and surface patina but in great overall condition. The grips are excellent with strong diamond pattern on each side. Accompanied by an original black painted scabbard in excellent condition.
