Description

4/5/23 - This is an original, great condition early Type 1 Snail Drum Luger Magazine by AEG. The magazine comes with an equally great condition dust cover that's also maker stamped by AEG, which is the less common manufacturer. The magazine tube is stamped with an Imperial proof, near the feed lips. The magazine has light edge wear and mild surface patina throughout, but this uniform patina is welcome on a 100+ year old magazine. Most of the original bluing is still intact. Matching numbered on both the top and bottom of the drum, and maker stamped by AEG with the company logo on the underside only. The spring is strong and fully functional with smooth action.
