Description

4/22/19 - This is an original pre/early WWI Springfield Bolo knife with the original leather sheath. The blade is US stamped and serial numbered, as well as "S A" Springfield Armory stamped with a flaming bomb and 1911 date on the reverse side. The blade is excellent despite having some normal aging / oxidation wear. The sheath is all original leather and stitching and in excellent condition as well. The back toe of the sheath is Rock Island stamped and 1912 dated. All original and authentic.
