Description

5/4/21 - This is an original US WW1 Trench fighting knife. Maker stamped and dated on the outer side of the hand guard "L.F.&C. 1917". The handle has a few a few minor scuffs and surface indents but no major cracks or issues. Beautiful, original bluing still mostly intact on the blade. Never sharpened. The scabbard is maker stamped Jewell and dated 1918. The metal toe of the scabbard is missing one of the metal attachment pins.
