SOLD - USM4 Imperial Bayonet (060824-8 - AB)

Description

2/24/25 - This is a good example of a WW2 US M4 bayonet by Imperial. The bayonet features an original M8A1 scabbard, and original dark brown plastic spacer. The handle leather is in good condition, but does have some knicks and pressure marks. The hand guard is maker stamped "U.S. M4 Imperial" with an ordnance stamp. The blade is in good condition with mild surface patina, scabbard wear and does have signs of light edge sharpening. The tip of the blade also has a minor chip in the tip. The M8A1 scabbard with this bayonet were issued late in WW2. This scabbard is in fair condition with damage to the tip. The tip of the scabbard is split and chipped as pictured.
