SOLD - SS ID Card - Protection Staff

Description

6/13/23 - This is a 1944 dated German ID Card. The card is titled, "Schutzstaffel der NSDAP" which roughly translates to "protection staff of the NSDAP". There's a SS license number and party membership number, as well as the soldier's name and date of birth (July 11, 1909). A black and white photos is stapled to the front, and there are two embossed German Party Eagle stamps on the card. The backside of the card roughly translates to "Authorized to carry a handgun / military weapon". The card expires on April 20, 1944, and was issued May 5th, 1944. Excellent overall condition.
