8/14/23 - This is a nice example of a Colt Single Action Army, manufactured in 1883. All matching with a 7.5" barrel. There is heavy "attic patina" covering all of the metal parts with areas of minor pin-pricking throughout. A series of small dings on the butt of the frame. Fitted with nice period-correct wood grips. The bore has decent rifling, but there is obvious pitting throughout. The cylinder is tight, the timing is good, and the action is smooth.
