Description
8/15/23 - This is a fairly scarce, early WW2 production example of an Arisaka leather ammo pouch. These were used and worn up until 1943 when the Japanese started using rubberized canvas materials for holster and pouch production. The leather is in great overall condition with mild pliability and a few exterior scuffs, scratches, and normal signs of aging. The stitching is all original and intact throughout, and the closure straps are original as well. Each side has a brass closure knob. The interior leather is clean with normal signs of aging and a small Japanese tag on the interior lid, as shown. These are hard to find, especially in this condition!Specifications
