10/31/24 - This is an interesting 1911 magazine made out of brass. There are no external markings on this magazine, and the date of it's manufacture is unknown. The magazine is constructed in a similar fashion to the early lanyard loop magazines. As it is of a two pin construction and has a brass lanyard loop. The only part of this magazine that is not brass is the magazine spring, which appears to be made of steel. The spring on this magazine is still strong and fully functional.
