SOLD - Jinsen T30 Bayonet - Korean War Era Rework

9/5/23 - This is an original WW2 Japanese Type 30 rifle bayonet by Jinsen Arsenal. The bayonet is classified as "LB-156, Variation F" in Labar's book. This is a Korean War reworked example, based on the green painted scabbard and canvas style frog. The bayonet blade is in great condition, fullered and blued with no signs of refinish. The edge shows sharpening mostly near the tip. Light patina and finish loss throughout as shown. The hooked cross guard has mild finish loss and is in great condition overall. Contoured wood grips with two rivets in great shape. Bird's head pommel has typical patina and is series number stamped on the pommel. The scabbard has a cone-shaped tip and is in great condition.
