9/13/24 - This is an original late WW2 production pistol holster. The holster is jhg maker stamped and 1944 dated under the closure strap. There's also a faint waffen proof stamp on the closure strap. These holsters are often seen paired with a Sauer 38h or Mauser HSc. The leather on this holster is still very pliable and soft, there are some nicks and abrasions, but nothing that is effecting the holsters function. The stitching on this holster is excellent with no missing or fraying stitching.
