SOLD - 1918 L.F.&C. Trench Knife (090624-8-AB)

Description

9/25/24 - This is an original WW1 production US Trench Fighting Knife by LF&C. The knife comes with an original scabbard, as shown. The knife blade is in good shape for its age. The blade was sharpened at some point in this knife's past. The blade also has some knicks in the edge near and at the tip. The handle on this knife remains in great condition and has the proper patina to the brass grips that is expected in a knife of this age. The points on the knuckles remain and are still sharp. The handle's makers mark remains very strong and is easily visible, " U. S. L.F & C - 1918". This knife comes with it's scabbard that is also in great shape. The scabbard still has it's original mounting hardware and is still visibly stamped, "L.F. & C. 1918".
