Description
9/28/22 - This is a very nice example of a rare RAD Organization TODT belt buckle from WW2. The buckle is constructed of steel (magnetic) and painted with a silver finish. The metal is in excellent condition but their is some painting thinning/ finish loss throughout the metal with rub wear most notable along the edges of the buckle as shown. The buckle's face features a central roundel with wreathed crossed shovels and sword emblem behind a German eagle above a depiction of a German bunker. The image is struck cleanly into the buckle showing crisp detail. The belt catch and prong assembly are intact and functional. The inside of the belt buckle is stamped with "ORG. TODT". The buckle is in overall great condition and is a desirable example of a scarce buckle.Specifications
