Description
12/19/24 - This is a scarce example of a WW2 sling for an Arisaka rifle. This sling is equipped with the wire quick detach hooks. This style of sling was popular on the Type 2 Japanese paratrooper rifles, but was not exclusive to them and was also found on the Type 99. This particular sling is named, as it has the cloth tag still on the sling. The name tag on this sling translates to either "Corporal Hayano" or "Corporal Hoshino". This sling is in overall great condition given it's age, but does have some stains as well as minor fraying. But none of this effects the functionality of this sling.Specifications
