SOLD - Rare Kinfolks M3 Fighting Knife - Refinished Blade

10/9/23 - This is a rare variation WW2 US fighting knife. The knife is an early, blade marked Kinfolks example which is one of the most desirable in today's collector market. The knife has a black painted finish on the cross guard, pommel, and base of the blade. This was likely added post-factory by a previous owner. The blade shows light patina and surface scratching wear throughout. The dark color of the finish on the blade leads us to believe the blade was refinished at some point. Price reduced accordingly. The blade is still in great overall condition. The handle is tight and excellent. The ordnance stamp on the pommel is original and distinct. Comes with a minty US M6 leather scabbard made by SBL Co. The scabbard is as rare (if not more) than the blade, and is in excellent overall condition.
