Description

10/23/23 - This is an original WW2 production National Postal Meter M1 Carbine rifle stock, complete with the upper handguard as well. The stock has a few typical bumps and bruises on the exterior wood, but there's no cracks or significant chips. The right side of the buttstock is stamped "NPM FJA" with a military cartouche next to this maker / inspector stamp. The cartouche is slightly faded, but still visible on the wood. The underside of the stock has no visible markings or stamps. There's a "TN" stamp inside the sling well. The hand guard is also "TN" stamped on the underside of the wood, and the color matches the stock nicely.
