Description
12/18/24 - This is a great example of a DAF Enlisted/NCO Belt Buckle. The DAF, Deutsche Arbeitsfront, German Labor Front. The DAF was created to be the replacement for the unions and similar organizations within Germany. Tasked with training workers and ensuring the efficiency and quality of the German industrial and commerce sectors. The first uniforms for the DAF were created in late 1935 and included this style of belt buckle. This buckle is in overall great condition with only some minor scratches from normal wear. The reverse of the buckle is properly RZM stamped with "M4/27", the RZM code for Overhoff & Co. This buckle is non-magnetic as the body is made from aluminum, with the exception of the steel pivot pin.Specifications
