Description

11/6/23 - This is a WW2 era inert dummy round from the US Navy, complete with a practice fuse timer top. These were used for training purposes as crews needed to get used to handling and loading these heavy rounds (and setting the fuse timer) within tight quarters aboard ships. This example is in great overall condition with a wood "casing" and brass base. The base is maker stamped and model / caliber designation stamped. Measures 33.5 inches long.
