SOLD - German Army Dagger by F.W. Holler

12/11/23 - This is an original WW2 German Army dagger. The dagger is in good condition and comes with an original scabbard. The biggest flaw on this example is the scabbard rings are not secure and can slide off the scabbard if pulled (they don't fall freely). The scabbard also has dark patina throughout, as shown. The dagger blade has visible cross-graining throughout and is unsharpened along the edge. There's areas of light brown patina throughout and present on both sides of the blade. Maker stamped on the reverse near the base. The hand guard and pommel both have a good amount of original finish still intact. However there's still some surface patina and high edge wear. Beige bakelite handle has no cracks or chips.
