Description
11/29/18 - This is an original Colt Officer's Shoulder Holster from WW2. The holster looks like a typical 1911 shoulder holster, but is actually slightly smaller in size. This is meant to carry a model 1903 / 1908 pistol. The holster is maker stamped on the back by Enger Kress and 1943 dated. These stamps are faint yet still visible. The shoulder strap has some surface cracking and signs of use but is completely in tact. The body of leather has scuffing and similar signs of use / aging but all wear is honest and non-excessive. The back of the closure strap (where it's stitched to the body of leather) appears to be restitched - but this seems like period correct stitching. Guaranteed original and authentic - a scarce US collectible holster.Specifications
