SOLD - Party Leader Visor Cap

12/11/23 - This is an original WW2 Party Leader Visor Cap. The visor features blue piping for a local Gruppe level or ORST Gruppe level party leader. This example is in near-excellent overall condition with all elements original and intact. The exterior tan wool is clean with no moth holes or stains of note. A few light spots of discoloration on the crown / top but this is minor. The blue piping is original throughout with a few tattered areas and small portions missing throughout the exterior but this generally mild wear. The exterior velvet brown headband is clean and excellent. Excellent gold chord bullion style chinstrap as well. The front cockade and central Eagle logo pin are both in great condition, original with some mild surface patina but no major issues and securely fastened to the visor. The visor is in great condition with a few mild surface scuffs but no major cracks or flaws. The interior visor is very clean with an original leather headband, and light brown colored liner. The celluloid crown cover is somewhat intact but there are no visible markings or labels on the interior crown. The original RZM maker tag is still intact underneath the interior headband, as shown. The interior diameter is about 7 inches from front-to-back. 7.5 inches from ear-to-ear.
