Description

1/3/22 - This is an unissued parts kit for a Thompson M1A1 machine gun. We believe the kit was manufactured during the 1940's and then later sold as war surplus. Some of the pieces, the barrel, fore-grip, and stock are all still wrapped in what appears to be their original wrappings. We are able to feel and see through indentations in the wrapping that the stock has a reinforcement bolt. The front sight and buffer assembly are marked "A.O.C.". The hammer, extractor, bolt and firing pin are all marked "S", in different scripts. The ejector plate assembly is marked with a "T".
