Description

7/30/21 - This is an excellent example of a Spreewerke P.38 issued to the Nazi military in August of 1944. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 88" military proofs. There are asterisk proofs on the slide and barrel, indicating those parts failed initial inspection and were sent back to the factory for repair. There are areas of minor wear on the front edges of the slide and around the muzzle. There are also areas of spotty discoloration and oxidation on the underside of the frame and on the left side of the slide. Comes with excellent grips and a proper magazine. The bore has strong rifling with spotty freckling throughout. De-cocker is functional.
