Description

9/8/21 - This is a mint example of a Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military at the very end of WW2, in 1945. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 259" military acceptance proofs. It has the proper late-war features such as a cog hammer and phosphate small parts. It has a rare FNH-made barrel. The gun has retained about 99% of its original finish. There is just a hint of wear on some of the high edges. Rough machining marks typical of late war guns. There is spotty discoloration on the phosphate parts, also typical. Comes with excellent late-war grips and a period-correct magazine. De-cocker is functional. Mint bore.
