Description

9/17/21 - This is a very nice example of a Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is all matching, has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs, and comes with one original matching-numbered magazine. It has retained about 90% of its finish. Most of the wear is on the right side of the gun, where are tiny dots of discoloration and pin-pricking on the barrel and slide. That being said, the left side of the gun is fairly nice. There is also some of the same discoloration and pin-pricking on the left side of the barrel. Minor wear around the high edges and around the muzzle. Minor thinning and spotty oxidation on the front strap. Comes with excellent grips. The bore has strong rifling with spotty oxidation throughout. De-cocker is functional.
