Description
11/29/21 - This is a very nice example of a Walther Model 7 sold in the commercial market in about 1915-1919. It is all matching and has the proper "Crown N" commercial proofs. This is a first-variation example, characterized by the 9 slide serrations. It has retained roughly 85% of its original finish. There areas of noticeable wear on the slide (concentrated around the muzzle and high edges), on the tang, underside of the trigger guard, and on the front strap. Spotty oxidation throughout. Comes with nice period-correct bakelite Walther grips and one proper magazine. The rifling in the bore is slightly worn with some areas of minor pin-pricking.Specifications
