Description
11/23/21 - This is a minty example of a Spreewerk P.38 issued to the Nazi military in September of 1944. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 88" Nazi military acceptance proofs. There is an "asterisk" marking on the right side of the barrel, indicating it failed initial inspection and was sent back to the factory for repair. It has retained about 97% of its finish with hints of wear on the front edges of the slide, around the muzzle, and a couple of small spots on the left side of the barrel. There is just a hint of thinning and and very minor freckling on the front strap. Very minor wear on the top plate. Comes with excellent bakelite grips and one period-correct "jvd" magazine. The bore is mint. De-cocker is functional.Specifications
