Description

12/13/21 - This is an excellent example of a Colt Model 1911 issued to the US military in 1918. It is "United States Property"-marked and has the proper "Eagle Head S16" military acceptance proof on the left side of the frame. High Standard barrel. The whole gun has been professionally restored, so the finish is beautiful. It has retained virtually all of its new bluing. It comes with minty replacement wood grips and a proper two-tone magazine. The bore has good rifling with very minor pin-pricking throughout.
