Description
12/13/21 - This is a nice example of a Hungarian Femaru Model 37 rig manufactured in 1941. It is all matching and has a "St. Stephen's Crown" acceptance proof on the left side of the trigger guard. It is generally believed this a non-military mark but rather indicates commercial sale or police issue. It has retained roughly 80-85% of its original finish. Most of the finish loss is on the front half of the right side of the slide. There is also wear around the muzzle and areas of spotty wear along the whole slide. There is pin-pricking on both straps and a small area of discoloration and minor pitting on the front strap. Comes with excellent period-correct wood grips and a post-war magazine. The magazine follower is functional but fits a little loosely. The bore has good rifling with very minor pin-pricking throughout.Specifications
