Description

12/15/21 - This is a stunning, mint example of a Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. It has a dual-tone finish, meaning the slide and frame are phosphate and the barrel is blued. It is all matching and has the proper "Waffen 135" Nazi military acceptance proofs throughout. It has retained virtually all of its original finish. There are just a couple of very small handling marks on the right side of the slide and small areas of minor discoloration in the phosphate here and there (very typical for these finishes). Comes with excellent bakelite grips and a period-correct "jvd" magazine. The bore is mint. This is as good as it gets.
