Description
12/28/21 - This is an excellent example of a Type 54 Tokarev made in Communist China in 1966. The gun was captured from the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War. It comes with an original leather holster, belt, one mismatched period-correct magazine, and cleaning rod. The gun also comes with 3 original signed capture documents that list the gun by serial number: War Trophy Registrations and a Temporary Export License. The gun itself is all matching and has retained about 97% of its bluing. There is very minor thinning on the grip straps and very minor wear around the muzzle. There are areas of spotty oxidation at the back of the left side of the frame and on both grip straps. Areas of pitting around the muzzle, on the trigger guard, and on the right side of the slide. Minor patina on both grip straps. Comes with period-correct black plastic Chinese grips. The bore is mint.Specifications
