Description

1/3/22 - This is a nice example of an Erfurt Luger issued to the Imperial German military in 1918. It is all matching, has the proper Erfurt proofs throughout, and has Imperial German military proofs on the right side of the slide. This one also comes with one original matching-numbered magazine. There is one chip and a few dings on the magazine bottom. It has retained roughly 75-80% of its original finish. There is spotty wear and brown patina on both grip straps, both sides of the frame, and on the side plate. Spotty wear on the barrel and minor wear around the muzzle. A couple areas of minor pin-pricking on the side plate. Comes with slightly worn matching-numbered wood grips. The bore has good rifling with some areas of very minor freckling here and there.
