Description

1/6/22 - This is an excellent example of a Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" Nazi military acceptance proofs throughout. The finish is dark, so we believe it has been "Russian dipped". There are, however, no "Russian X's". In any case, it has retained more than 98% of its finish with a small area of scratchy wear on the left side of the slide. Comes with nice black grips and a period-correct magazine. Both grips have some light scratching, and they've been cut at the top. The bore has good rifling with pin-pricking in the grooves. De-cocker is functional.
