Description

1/25/22 - This is a nice example of a Sauer 38h issued to the Nazi Police during WW2. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle C" police acceptance proof on the left side of the trigger guard. It comes as a rig with an excellent generic leather holster (unmarked), one period-correct magazine, and one post-war magazine. The gun has retained about 90% of its original wartime finish. There are hints of wear on some of the high edges, minor wear on the grip straps, and an area of wear on the tang. While there is very little actual finish loss, there is spotty oxidation and dark patina throughout. Comes with period-correct grips - some "bubbling" in the bakelite on both sides. The bore is mint.
