SOLD - Excellent RZM Walther PPK (829771 - 18847)

1/25/22 - This is an original and correct RZM marked Walther PPK from 1934-35 in excellent condition. The RZM (Reichs Zeug Meisterei) was the equipment office of the NSDAP and was established to contract for equipment. These pistols were commonly thought to be issued to the German political leaders of the time. This one is all matching and has retained about 95% of its original finish. There are just hints of wear on the high edges of the slide and minor wear around the muzzle. There are areas along the slide where there are a few tiny handling marks and some very minor freckling. Some light patina on the front strap. Comes with a period-correct grip and Walther banner-only finger extension magazine. There are hairline cracks on either side of the grip and on the spine. One small crack on the underside of the magazine bottom. The bore has strong rifling but there is noticeable freckling throughout.
