Description

2/22/22 - This is a minty example of a Hi Power pistol made in the DGFM factory in Argentina in the 1970's. This one has an "07" serial prefix, indicating it was intended for international export. The "scrubbed" info read "carabineros de chile". The Chileans ordered these, and a political dispute resulted in the cancellation of the contract and those markings being scrubbed. There are only about 5,000 such examples. It is all matching and has an import mark on the underside of the slide. It comes as a rig with an excellent green canvas holster and one proper magazine. It has retained about 98% of its black painted finish. There are tiny chips in the paint on the left side of the slide and on the front strap. A few light scratches and scuffs here and there. Comes with excellent black plastic grips. The bore is mint.
