Description
1/14/26 - This is a Colt Model 1911 originally issued to the US military in 1913. It was later reworked for use during WW2, as evidenced by the "AA" and "RIA" arsenal markings on the frame. There is a military flaming bomb on the right side of the frame as well. The gun is fitted with a WW2-era HS High Standard barrel and has an arsenal-applied parkerized finish. Comes fitted with WW2-era reddish plastic grips and comes with one magazine. The gun shows almost no actual finish loss, just a few very light surface scuffs here and there. The bore has strong rifling with just hints of frosting in the grooves.
