12/1/25 - This is an early Erfurt Luger originally issued to the Imperial German Army in 1913. It was later reworked and issued to the Police, as evidenced by the added Police sear safety. The gun is mismatched, and the frame has been re-numbered. The finish rates about 94-95% with the majority of the wear being on the side plate and on the high edges. Some areas of light pin-pricking and some areas of touch-up in the finish here and there. The grips are mismatched and fairly worn. Repaired crack on the right side. Comes with a bakelite-bottom Swiss magazine. The bore has pretty good rifling with minor pin-pricking throughout.
